For size 39 (foot 24.5 cm) I took size 40. It fits perfectly. Only the front strap is very wide, which is on the toes. Needs to be sewn.

Very happy with this purchase. I am size eu 37, bought a size 38 here and fits perfectly. Comfortable fit, light. A little squeal while walking, something to be aware of, but not that big of a deal for this price-quality ratio
